There were rumors a couple of weeks ago of the likely tie-up between Spint and Deutsch Telekom Tmobile. Since that rumor kicked in, Sprint Share saw a quick sprint, moving above $5 in more than one year. But today's statement that AT&T and not Sprint will snag off Tmobile cannot be good news for Sprint or its shareholders who have watched the shares lag behind the industry and the stock market in general since 2008.
