Google Drive for Business - Same terms as consumer?

General billing terms

  • You are authorizing Google to continue charging the payment instrument you designate in your Google billing account until such time as you cancel your service.
  • Your payment instrument will be charged monthly in arrears for all charges that accrue during the preceding month.

Flexible plan terms

  • Services provided under a Flexible Plan have no contract commitment term. You may cancel service or reduce your number of licenses at any time with no penalty. You will be charged for all service rendered up to the date of cancellation or license reduction.
  • You will accrue charges daily at the prorated monthly rate for the actual number of licenses used at the then current, published list price for the Flexible Plan. Google may change the published list price at any time with 30 days notice.

Annual plan terms

  • You are agreeing to pay for one year of service for the number of licenses specified above at the quoted monthly rate per license plus applicable taxes or VAT. Any additional licenses added during the service term will have a prorated commitment based on the remaining period in your service term.
  • Charges will be billed in monthly installments based on the portion of your contract that was served during the preceding month.
  • If you cancel service before the contract expiration date shown, you will be charged a closeout charge on your next billing cycle for the remaining unpaid balance of your contract commitment.
  • The monthly rate per license quoted above is valid for the duration of your service term.
  • NOTE: At the end of your commitment term, your service will continue at the then current published rate for the Flexible Plan unless you either cancel service or elect to renew for another 12 month contract term.
